Project Risk: Complex Program or Portfolio Individuals in this role may act as a Master Scheduler and/or Master Risk Manager and develop project dashboards, cost and resource performance reports, change logs and risk registers in close collaboration with Executive Sponsors and Senior PMO Leaders at the portfolio or mega program level. The Senior Project Controls Manager is responsible for developing, using and improving existing enterprise tools, systems and work processes to drive effective management control and reporting on cost, schedule and progress measurement for Amtrak’s Sawtooth Rail Bridges Replacement Program.
